Before founding Rogers Venture Group, Kareem served as President of National Account Services and a member of the Executive Committee at ADP, where he led one of the company's largest business units serving many of America's most prominent employers. During his tenure, he helped drive sustained growth, deepen client relationships, improve profitability, and cultivate a high-performance culture. Earlier in his career, Kareem held senior leadership positions at Equifax, advised Fortune 500 companies as a consultant with McKinsey & Company, and began his career in corporate finance at AT&T.

Kareem earned an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, with concentrations in Strategic Management and Finance, and holds bachelor's degrees in Accounting and Africana Studies from Rutgers University.
